Privacy Policy

I take your privacy seriously and endeavour to protect your data in this regard.

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use, and share information when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services.

Information I collect

You must provide me with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product/service that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order), if you contact me directly.

Legal basis for processing the data

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• as needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
• if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law;
• as required by UK regulations.
The data is held for the purposes of fulfilling and delivering a service or order, emailing confirmations, emailing delivery details, and any issues at a later date. Data may also be stored for financial records.

Information sharing and disclosure

I may share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
• Service providers: I may engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my business, such as delivery companies. I may share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

Data retention

The data is held on password-protected devices and cloud storage.
In general this data will be held for no longer than is necessary. However, to comply with legal requirements I may hold it up to 6 years.

Your rights

You have the right to object to this data or ask me to: erase, restrict or change the data.
If requested: I will delete someone’s personal data from all records, emails and other third-party providers (where practical). Where an individual requests data be erased from our records: I will anonymise any data that is held for business or legal records, so that individuals cannot be identified.

If you have any questions or concerns, you may contact me (see home page).
